We can also advise you on listing a NEW holiday home under the guidance that is being introduced from summer 2024.
All NEW STL will be required to apply for planning permission if they fall within ‘Hotspot’ areas. The information available is a mind field but we are on hand to guide owners and work with you to achieve your dream of owning your own holiday home.
A mandatory national registration scheme will also be introduced. The rules will apply to people renting out their main home for more than 90 nights a year. Only NEW short-term lets would require planning permission, with existing ones automatically reclassified.
