It boasts an ideal location, conveniently close to the stunning Yorkshire Coast and the historic city of York.

The cottage exudes warmth and cosiness, featuring a living space thoughtfully designed for relaxation, complete with comfortable seating and a log burner for those chilly days. The kitchen is fully equipped to inspire any aspiring chef, complemented by two inviting bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor. Outside, a delightful garden with seating invites you to bask in its beauty. While it may be tempting to linger in this idyllic setting, there is an abundance of sights and activities to explore in this remarkable part of North Yorkshire.

THE SPACE

Meticulously designed with a focus on detail, this stylish and inviting living space features a calming colour palette of earthy tones that harmonizes with the surrounding natural landscape. It offers comfortable seating and a log burner, ensuring warmth on chilly days, perfect for cosy film nights in front of the SMART TV.

The kitchen exudes joy, complemented by a dining area that fosters conversation and collaboration in cooking. All essential amenities are provided, including an oven, hob, and an abundance of crockery and cooking utensils to prepare your holiday favourites. A washing machine is conveniently located in the rear lobby for guests’ use.

On the first floor, two spacious bedrooms await, each offering picturesque views of the village and beyond. Both rooms are furnished with the softest duvets and pillows, along with crisp white bedding, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The family bathroom includes a shower over the bath, a basin, and a WC.

Low Hutton is a village in North Yorkshire, England, located within the civil parish of Huttons Ambo, approximately 3 miles southwest of Malton and 14 miles northeast of York. Situated in the Vale of Pickering, it offers a rural, agricultural landscape with local attractions like Norton Mill Pond and nearby Piglets Adventure Farm Park.  The area features a picturesque, rural setting typical of the North Yorkshire countryside. Guests can enjoy tranquil walks around Norton Mill Pond or hiking from Millington Lane, located near Jenny Firkin Wood, provides access to hiking trails and parking.
