THE SPACE

As you enter the house, you are greeted by a cosy sitting room, the perfect space to unwind after your journey. Here, you can relax on the comfortable seating while watching TV as the evening unfolds. The kitchen and dining area serve as the heart of the home, equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals. This inviting space encourages gathering around the dining table to share food and conversation, while the adjacent utility room offers a practical area for organising belongings during longer stays. A ground-floor cloakroom adds additional convenience to the layout.

Ascending to the first floor, you will find three inviting bedrooms. Two king-size rooms provide a luxurious retreat at the end of the day, while the twin room offers flexible sleeping arrangements for children or friends travelling together. The family bathroom on this floor allows for refreshing morning showers or relaxing evening soaks after a day of exploration.

Stepping outside, the enclosed rear garden presents a secure area to relax. Enjoy a drink while your pets roam freely, savouring the peaceful surroundings before embarking on another adventure or returning from a leisurely afternoon walk.
